The Amsterdam Connection (chapter 9-16)

In this paragraph, after Kate hearing the old man, Bert’s words, she then went to visit a man called Tom Carson,who is Max's brother, Tom just looked exhausted and couldn’t accept that his brother had passed away. Later, Kate went back to Amsterdam and search for some favorable information about Max's death. She then found something about Martijn Christiaans , decided to visit him. However, unfortunately, he wasn't available. What’s the worse, she nearly got kidnap but fortunately, she had escaped. After a few days, Kate got some useful information. She may have find out some clues about the murder. She talked the police, however, the police didn't believe her. At this moment, Jos was watching football game with Kate, after short talk, he promised to meet up Kate tomorrow. However, this could be a most terminal point of his life. Kate and Elly came up with a project. But all in a sudden, Kate and Elly were kidnapped by Christiaans. Yet , Kate escaped. Then she called the police right away to rescue them. Kate protected herself as possible as she could from getting hurt. As soon as the police arrived, they were saved. Kate then tell the whole things and the whole process to the police , and the criminal finally be arrested , and the story was be about to end too. After reading this whole book, I feel a sense of relieving, it always makes so nervous about who the evil guy really is and also worried about how Kate can get through these things happened or not. I think this is a great fiction, it’s not only provides me a sense of nervousness but also teach me how brave can a person be when facing something really tough and sad, and it’s my pleasure to read the entire book!
