The Amsterdam Connection(Ch6~10)

Summary

Kate was told that Max was dead before been taken on the street by a man called Bert, but she didn’t believe it. She went to library and found if Max was dead, his brother Tom, owner of a football club, would get a lot of benefits after Kate paid a visit to Tom. And there was a message to say pay attention to the bet on a soccer competition. She found there might be something strange. Kate was attacked and hoped a policeman could help her detect the true, but she’s rejected.

Reflection

The most interesting part is Kate was attacked, although I had guessed something would be happened to her when I read “It was dark there were very few people walking around.” When she attacked back to those guys, I can imagine how nervous it was and how strong and courage she was! She made a man who was bigger and more powerful than her smiling to scared. Although the part I read this time is less attractive than last time, but it gives lots of clues. Maybe the murderer is … Max’s brother!
