Reflection:
The
book is long and I do not know how I feel, and it is quite boring, too. The
book is only a story about one man and two women. In the
beginning, Macon and his wife, Sarah are having quarrel because of their
son's dead. And I think Macon is a bad man because he couldn't know what
he really want and he did not know whether he love Sarah or Muriel. When Sarah
divorced with him, he met Muriel and lived with her. They are not couples and
he did not know he really love Muriel, but finally he just lived with her.
I think Muriel was a really pitiful woman. If I were Macon, I will stay alone
and I will not to meet Sarah and Muriel again. Or I will go abroad to travel,
that will make me comfortable and reduce my stress.
