After losing a son，Macon Leary，who is a writer of travel guides continually leaded a dejected life and didn’t know what to do.Because of misery in his wife’s heart，then advised to divorce each other.Aferwards，Macon met a person with odd personality and talkative habit，the female help Macon figure his original life out.While the womam appeared，his wife thought that their marriage could be retrieved as a sudden.Meanwhile，Macon faced a plenty of choice that never met.In the end，Macon went to Paris to edit his guidebooks.Consequently，he bumped into Muriel there.Althought Muriel still love Macon，he didn’t accept.Oneday，Macon was sick and Sarah looked after him for several days.Unfortunately，Macon resolve that he will get along with Muriel eventually.
Reflection:
After I read this book，the most impress part to me is Macon's sence.He could observe something he doesn't have and lacked of anything necessary ever，and do his best to try to find the answer to the question.I think everyone isn't necessarily to find a new way and change oneself，but make sure to look for what you ever missed.Actually，I prefer to read novels about thrill or terrible，so the story for me to watch is a little bit painful.I hope oneday，I can really put into a book that I truly love.
